On the afternoon of December 23, District Mayor Lou Jianzhong and his party came to Caihe Street to investigate the management work of "Golden Housekeeper" large property. Deputy District Mayor Shi Hongxing, District Government Office, District Civil Affairs Bureau, District Housing and Construction Bureau, Caihe Sub-district Party Working Committee Secretary Fan Guoliang, Deputy Party Working Committee Secretary, Sub-district Office Director Zhou Zhan accompanied the participants. The leaders of the building district visited Hongling community and Jielian community and held a symposium on the second floor of the comprehensive service center of Caihe street.

 At the meeting, Secretary Fan Guoliang of Caihe Street and Director Zhou Zhan respectively reported the pilot work of "Gold Butler" large property management and the next promotion plan to the building district chief. The chief of the building also listened to the introduction of the property and community leaders in the Sundy Service, and had a detailed understanding of the management and operation mode of the large property in the old residential area and the new changes of the large property after entering.

The head of the building district gave full affirmation and confidence to the innovation work of the "gold steward" large property management in the old community of Caihe Street, and put forward the next work requirements, with the focus on the formation of "three mechanisms".

First, the mechanism of resource allocation. Establish a region-based property management resource giving mechanism, a management-based "inside the wall and outside the wall" resource giving mechanism, a resource giving mechanism combining obligation and operation and relevant public resource giving mechanism.

Second, the responsibility list mechanism. The core is to clarify the responsibilities of the property company, must form a list, the more detailed the better, to prepare for the future development of large property management model standards.

Third, the assessment and reward mechanism. Based on the duty list, an assessment mechanism should be formed and appropriate incentive measures should be formulated to encourage property companies to provide high-quality property services for community residents.
